With a distinguished design background and a vision for sustainable luxury, Mehak Khurana stands among Goa’s few women entrepreneurs, reshaping the region’s real estate landscape through thoughtful, place-centred practice. Deeply inspired by the area’s vibrant communities and rich cultural heritage, she founded Maehr Homes to create residences that resonate with both people and the environment.

Under her leadership, every project follows a transparent, detail-driven process: beginning with careful site analysis that honours Goa’s context and local ecology, then advancing through collaborative material selection—often working with regional artisans—and refined finishes such as hand-polished stone and bespoke joinery. By merging context-sensitive architecture with native landscaping, rainwater harvesting and passive-design principles, Mehak ensures each home not only delights its inhabitants but actively enriches the land it inhabits.
